Hope Valley High Rise Home for Sale $15,000

A high rise on Anotherdirt Rd. in Hope Valley, RI will go up for auction this weekend, if a buyer is not found. The unique condo was the home of Merle Cuzin, 96, who unfortunately fell to his death last year, while attempting to get his morning newspaper.
The home is a one bed, no bathroom trailer set on ladder stilts. The estimated value of the home (built in 1975) is $15,000.
The broker representing the house, who asked not to be identified, (but because he was wearing a gold jacket with a patch that said Century 21 on it, we assume he may work for Century 21) said the only real inconveniences to living in such a home is “carrying groceries, going to the bathroom and squirrels. Lots and lots of squirrels.”
“The one good thing”, the broker quipped, “is that not too many Jehovah’s Witnesses ring your bell.”
