According to the Providence Journal, a couple was held up by a man with a gun as they tried to enter the East Providence Bowling Lanes on Newport Avenue on Wednesday evening. The man was wearing basketball shorts in the frigid weather. After the couple gave the man their money, he fled on foot.

He was wearing basketball shorts in 25 degree weather? Did anyone check Burlington Coat Factory?
